Dumb Poets

Yes it is true
the home I grew up
Cats and dogs in my place
wouldn't shut up.

But that doesn't inspire
what I have to write
My words, mostly fiction
it's not from past sight

I can't agree with
all that you say.
I will not stop writing
Not even one day.

Hiding such talent from
the world is a crime.
Don't stop writing either!
It's not a waste of your time.

What do you think your 
work does for readers?
I'll tell you what, it 
turns them into leaders.

Us dumb poets
can create magic.
Brings out emotions,
the girly and tragic.

Don't ever stop writing
that would be sin.
