My delusion was
our friendship.
It was not real
Not my choice.
I need to heal.

pretend
all those days
your true colors
were revealed
in the end.

You don't like
the truth from
an honest soul

you would rather
live in a world
full of lies
with no control

a friend
to me
or to anybody

I never thought
you would want to live
in the untruth

be different
